Toplamda beni saymazsak bes kisi ile mutfaktaydik ve iki grup seklinde hazirladik yiyeceklerimizi. Her grup once meyveli turtanin pandispanyasini, sonra da kremasini hazirlayip meyvelerle susleme yaptilar..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 102, 255); font-weight: bold;"&gt;Pandispanya&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 yumurta 100 gr seker ile iyice cirpilir (mikserin en yuksek devrinde iyice beyazlasana kadar). 100 ml siviyag (biz misir ozu kullandik) eklenerek karistirmaya devam edilir. Ayri bir kapta 200 gr un, 1 paket kabartma tozu ve 1 paket vanilin karistirilir ve elenerek yumurtali karisima eklenir. Unu karistirirken mikserin en dusuk devri kullanilir ve mumkun oldugunca az karistirilir (sadece kati malzemelerin tamamen karisana kadar). Yaglanmis kaliba ya da kaliplara hamur paylastirilir (maksimum 2/3 u dolacak sekilde). Onceden 160 dereceye isitilmis firinda ustu altin sarisi renk alana dek pisirilir.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(153, 51, 153); font-weight: bold;"&gt;Krema&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 yumurta, 7 yemek kasigi seker, 3 yemek kasigi un, yarim limon kabugu rendesi (usenirseniz olmasa da olur) ufakca bir tencerede 2-3 yemek kasigi sutle karistirilir. Ocagin alti orta ya da yuksek ateste olacak sekilde 500 ml sutun kalani eklenir ve devamli karistirarak krema pisirilir. Kaynadiktan sonra bir paket vanilin eklenir. Kaynarliginin gecmesi icin beklenir. Daha hos bir kivam icin mikserle birkac dakika cirpilir (bu sogumasina da yardimci olacaktir).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(153, 0, 0); font-weight: bold;"&gt;Meyveler ve turta jolesinin hazirlanmasi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Arzu edilen meyveler ince dilimlenir. Kararacak meyveler (muz gibi) en sona birakilir. Seftali konservesi, ananas konservesi, kivi, bogurtlen, cilek, muz ya da visne bu turtaya yakisan onerilen meyvelerdir. Dr.oetkerin hazir olarak kabartma tozu paketine benzer paketlerde sattigi bir urun olan tartina da ustundeki tarife gore pisirilir (250 ml su ile arzuya bagli seker ilavesi ile -biz seker katmadik- kaynayana kadar hizli hizli karistirarak pisirilir. kivami diger jolelerden farklidir, oldukca yogundur ve diger joleler turta icin uygun degildir). Jolenin pisirilmesi meyveler turtanin uzerine dizildikten sonraya birakilmalidir, cunku cabuk kivam alip koyulastigi icin sogutmadan hemen meyvelerin ustune aktarilmasi gerekir. En son mercimekler eklenir.  Sogumasi icin kenara alinir.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Patatesli: 3 adet patates soyulur, rasgele dogranir. bir tencereye alinir. ustunu gececek kadar su eklenir, bir tatli kasigi tuzla kaynatilir. Iyice yumusayan patateslerin suyu suzulur. Yarim sogan 2-3 yemek kasigi yagda kavrulur, pul biber ve tuz eklenir. 1 tatli kasigi salca eklenir. En son kavrulmus salcali soganlarla patates karistilir.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(102, 0, 204);"&gt;Hamur&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;300 ml sut (1.5 su bardagi) + 1 fincan su karistirilir, mikrodalgada isitilir. (ne kadar isitilir? serce parmagimizla isisina baktigimizda yanmayacak ama isinacak) icine 2 tatli kasigi kuru maya ve 1.5 yemek kasigi seker eklenir karistirilir. 5-10 dakika mayanin aktif hale gecmesi icin beklenir. ayri bir kapta bir miktar un (2 bardak kadar) alinir, icine 1.5 cay kasigi tuz eklenir, karistilir. 150 ml siviyag ve 2 yemek kasigi tereyagi koyulur, 1 yumurta kirilir. En son mayali karisim bosaltilir ve gerekli un ilavesi yapilarak yumusak ele yapismayan bir hamur elde edilir. Ilik bir yerde (kalorifere yakin bir yer gibi ama direk sicaga maruz kalmayacak, mesela kaloriferin ustune koyarsaniz hamur yavas yavas piser mayalanmaz) 45 dakika mayalandirilir. Hamurdan cevizden biraz buyukce parcalar alinir, elimizle acilir. ince yapmak daha faydali (1 cm kalinlik ideal) cunku hamur daha da kabaracagi icin ic malzemeyi fazlaca koymak daha iyi sonuclar verecektir. Ic malzemeden ortasina koyulur ve kapatilir, yuvarlak kuremsi sekil  verilir. Yaglanmis ya da yagli kagit serilmis tepsiye kabaracaklari da  gozonune alinarak aralikli dizilir. 200 dereceye isitilmis firinda kizarana kadar pisirilir.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;---------------------------------------------------------------------&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);font-size:130%;" &gt;Mercimek Corbasi&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;250 ml mercimek yikanir. 1 sogan yemeklik dogranir. 1 patates ve 1 havuc soyulur, rasgele dogranir. 5-6 yemek kasigi siviyagda soganlar oldurulur, ustune 1 yemek kasigi salca eklenir. Gene baharatla lezzetlendirilir (pul biber, kara biber ve tuz). Mercimekler, havuclar ve patatesler eklenir. Ustune 1.5 lt kaynar su ilave edilir. Duduklu tencerede ise 7-8 dakika pisirilir. Degilse daha uzun sure patatesle havuclar haslanana kadar pisirilir. Su yeterli degilse ilave edilir. Son olarak el blendirindan gecirilir ve puruzsuz bir corba elde edilir. Eger uzerinde kopukler varsa, bir sure daha pisirin.
